teresamoynihanThis is just one of the advantages of being a member of WBII, it provides a perfect breeding ground for collaboration, partnerships and teamwork, especially for those who do not want to go totally alone. I’ve been thinking about this for quite some time now, and I’m delighted to report that recent developments have resulted in just that – being part of a team again!
In addition to continuing my own practice, I’m very happy that I’ve joined the International Coaching team at Solid Sense, a Dutch based organisation specialising in Outplacement, Coaching, Counselling, Reintegration and Training. With my involvement together with another English speaking coach, Solid Sense can now offer English speaking coaching and outplacement services to international organisations. Take a look at the website: www.solidsense.nl
Other developments and new territories for me are working with Students, at the Rotterdam Hogeschool and Leiden University. New areas for me and fun to experience and explore.
All of these came about via network contacts, mostly originating within the WBII network (thanks Colleen Reichrath-Smith!)
intl-team-photoIn our team at Solid Sense, we call our working group `Go far together’, which is based on an African proverb that some of you have already heard – `If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together’!
Hope to see you all soon!
