One of the WBII members based at the Laan Copes Office is seeking a part time Office Assistant. The office assistant will answer queries by phone and e-mail, book appointments, update client files, and issue invoices. The requirements include strong organizational skills, a good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), a courteous manner and discretion. Fluency in both spoken and written English is required.
