Marketing or mastery – which should you choose?
We’d all like to think we’re experts in what we do. And being proficient in your career or industry IS important. However, when it comes to running your business – and getting customers in the door – an equally important factor is marketing your products and services. This might sound like stating the obvious but I often meet entrepreneurs who spend a great deal of time becoming masters of their domain – and place little emphasis on marketing their expertise.
