mother-daughter
I am so proud to be putting together — with the help of five other coaches and the amazing Caroline Van Mourik — an amazing event designed to celebrate and strengthen the mother-daughter bond. To add a special element to this event (as if it’s not already special enough), we are donating our services on this day to raise money for the Malala Foundation.
We begin our incredible event at the uber-cool Hoxton of Amsterdam, right on the Herengracht. This will appeal to the teen daughters (11-16) as well as their fabulous Moms as a safe haven to spend their Sunday morning or afternoon with our six amazing coaches.
Our event space is the Hoxton’s cozy apartment with a fully-stocked kitchen, atrium, two cozy living rooms, a general session room and meeting room.

The coaches and workshops we have lined up are a mix of bonding and fun and pampering — from a psychologist to work on communication and a coach to work on handling emotions to an organic skin care retailer making a lip scrub and our holistic health coach making smoothies to me doing body type consultations and our photographer teaching how to take great selfies.
All in service of the amazing, audacious Malala was shot by a masked gunman on the same date in 2012 for the simple act of going to school.
