
In last month’s Deep Dive Forum moderated by Lisa Hall, the discussion on referrals centred around the perception that they signal trustworthiness. We reflected on how giving authentic referrals – that don’t have payment attached to them – create trust in the community. We talked about how we should dare to ask for testimonials, and one member suggested that we can get in touch with old clients and let them know that we are looking for clients.
