Leaders, experts and creatives often feel stuck or misunderstood in the workplace. I help them focus on how they can operate in virtual and hybrid business environments, communicate effectively and thrive. The result is that they are understood & can ask for what they need to grow their business and thrive.

What or who inspired you to start your business?
My ex father-in-law Jim.
What makes your products/services special?
It’s all about the client – not me.
Who is your role model or mentor?
Elizabeth Kubler-Ross.
What is your biggest fear?
I don’t have fears anymore.
What motivates you on a daily basis?
My family and my purpose.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced?
Bullying in the workplace.
What advice would you give women who are starting a business?
Trust yourself, pace yourself, find peers to cheer you on (keeping going is the challenge).
What is your favourite business book?
Book yourself solid.
What are your top tips for networking?
Hunt in packs.
How do you maintain a work/life balance?
I switch off my laptop and mobile. I close the door to my home office.
What is your motto or theme song?
Shake it off (Taylor Swift).
How do you relax?
Walking, cooking, listening to music…and my husband and I are teaching our daughter how too play poker (strategy, self-confidence, analytical skills)…and of course bluffing.
What place inspires you and why?
So many – Vlietlanden (Voorscoten), Howth, Mayo – fantastic views, nature and being alone to contemplate.
What do you care most about, as a business owner?
Delivering on my promise.
What are your future plans?
Publish PhD research and make a positive differne with the findings and its relevance in communication and leadership to manage trust and mistrust.
Are you running any offers or promotions that you would like us to mention?
The Leadership Chamber – I’m looking for leaders of SME and larger organisations to participate in research on the future of leadership.
If you were not an entrepreneur – what would you be?
We are all entrenrepeurs – I’d be a content creator, provoking thought for personal change and growth
