Do you sometimes wonder why some people seem to be knocked down by life and come back stronger than ever, and despite failure they find a way to rise from the ashes, whilst others seem to be drained by the same experience?
This has to do with resilience: “the power or ability to return to the original form, position, etc., after being bent, compressed, or stretched”. Being resilient is something we all benefit from.
Workshop: Build your own Resilience
Date: Monday 18 April 2016, 10:00-12:00
Location: Van Vredenburchweg 42, 2282 SJ Rijswijk
In this workshop we will focus on what helps us enhance our resilience and work on our attitude and ability to regulate emotions, and the ability to see failure as a form of helpful feedback.
